Xavier Clark
XAVIER CLARK [he/him] is a multidisciplinary theatre artist, born and raised in Turkey. As an actor, he's performed at Williamstown Theatre Festival, Hangar Theatre, La Jolla Playhouse, Ojai Playwrights Conference and more. As a playwright, he has developed work with The National Black Theatre, Fault Line Theatre, Playwrights' Arena, and Echo Theatre Company of Los Angeles. His play supper was a finalist for the 2022 O'Neill NPC. His play backstroke boys will be a part of Fault Line Theatre's inaugural “(plays) In Previews” series in Fall of 2023. He is currently a member of IAMA Theatre's 2022-23 Emerging Playwrights Lab, an Artistic Associate at Fault Line Theatre and an alum of The Gatekeeper's Collective's inaugural "learning to love" playwriting fellowship, led by Donja R. Love. He earned his B.F.A. in Drama from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where he is currently on faculty, and his M.F.A. in Acting from UC San Diego.
